Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place. This site is operated by Alpha Academy LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is 182 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, including where an item is unavailable or has been listed at a manifestly incorrect price; if we cancel a paid order we refund you in full.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%. Delivery is free, so the price displayed is the total payable. Prices may change, but never after we have accepted your order.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary between screens, and minor variation between production batches is normal. Packaging may differ from the images shown.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where these terms conflict with those rights, those rights prevail.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its normal operation.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and design, is owned by Alpha Academy LTD or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

Complaints and disputes

Email support@alpha-academy.com and we will try to resolve matters directly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
