Delivery charges

Delivery is free of charge on all orders to UK addresses. There is no minimum spend.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or destinations outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched on the same or next working day and are delivered within 2-4 working days. Working days exclude weekends and English bank holidays. These are estimates and not guaranteed times; where delivery has not taken place within 30 days of the order you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.

Tracking

All orders are tracked. A tracking reference is issued by email at the point the label is generated, which may precede the first courier scan by up to one working day.

Risk and title

Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to the address you gave us. Where you have asked for delivery to a safe place or a neighbour, risk passes on that delivery.

Return postage

Where goods are returned under the 14-day right to cancel, the direct cost of return is borne by the customer. Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, the cost of return is borne by us.
