Finding your tracking
Your tracking link is in the dispatch email we send when your order leaves us. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then email support@alpha-academy.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Tracking has not updated
A tracking number is created when the label is printed, which is usually a day before the courier physically scans the parcel. Quiet tracking for the first day or so is normal.
When to get in touch
Email us if tracking has not moved for three working days, or if your 2-4 working days window has passed. We open a trace with the courier on your behalf.
Marked delivered but not there
Check with neighbours and look for a safe-place card first — couriers often leave parcels in porches or with a neighbour. If it still has not turned up after 24 hours, email us and we will either replace it or refund you.
