Free UK delivery, every order
Delivery is free to every UK address with no minimum spend. We do not use a spend threshold, because a threshold just penalises anyone buying one small thing.
How long it takes
Orders are picked the same or next working day and arrive within 2-4 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Where we deliver
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and Islands. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email when the label is created. That is usually a day before the parcel physically moves, so an initial quiet period on tracking is normal and not a sign of a problem.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for three working days, or your delivery window has passed, email support@alpha-academy.com with your order number. We open a trace with the courier ourselves — you do not need to chase them.
Returning something
If you are cancelling under your 14-day right, you arrange and pay for the return postage. We tell you this here, before you buy, which is what allows us to pass that cost on. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return in full.
