How much is delivery?
Nothing. Free on every order to any UK address, with no minimum spend.
How long will it take?
2-4 working days from dispatch. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We ship to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices include UK VAT at 20%. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you are cancelling, and another 14 days to send the goods back. We refund the item price plus the basic delivery charge. You pay for the return postage. There is no handling or restocking fee.
What if it arrives faulty or wrong?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, and we pay for the return. This is separate from the 14-day cancellation right and is not time-limited in the same way.
When do I get my money back?
Within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of you proving you have sent them, whichever is sooner. It goes to the original payment method.
Which payment methods do you take?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout — we never see your card details.
Is my order tracked?
Yes, every order. If tracking has not updated in three working days, email us and we will chase the courier for you.
