Free delivery is never free. Someone pays, and being straight about who is the difference between a fair offer and a gimmick.
The threshold trick
Most shops set a minimum - spend GBP 50 and delivery is free. It reliably lifts basket size, which is exactly why it exists. It is a pricing tactic dressed as generosity.
Why we removed the minimum
A threshold punishes the person buying one small thing, which is often a first order and the moment trust is decided. We absorb outbound delivery on every order instead.
What that does and does not change
It does not change your rights. If you cancel within 14 days we refund the item price plus the basic delivery charge, with no handling or restocking fee - that is the law, and we would not want it otherwise. You cover the postage to send it back, which is the one cost the Regulations let us pass on, and we tell you so before you buy. If an item is faulty or wrong, we cover everything, because that cost is ours to carry.
